Returns Policy - Faulty Goods
We will refund the cost of the goods and delivery charge, please contact us on 01686 627007 to arrange for the faulty product to be collected. All returns will be checked or tested and if the item proves not to be faulty when checked then only the product value will be refunded. You will be charged the actual cost of the delivery and the collection. Card charges may also be taken out of the refund and the original purchase price Normally this is 2.25%

Checking Your Product For Damage
You agree to open all boxes and thoroughly check the goods for damage on the day of delivery If any damages please sign as damaged with driver. and notify us of any damage within 24 hours of the delivery. If we are not notified of any damage within 24 hours we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or our carrier. You agree to indemnify us for any losses we suffer as a result or your failure to notify us within 7 days.

Returns Policy - Product Supplied is Not Suitable

If the product supplied is found to be not suitable when you receive it you can return it at any time within 14 (fourteen) days for a replacement of equivalent value or a credit against any product of a higher value. (this does not include any special order or orders for products not listed on our web site) If you cannot find a product you would like to exchange the product for we will refund you the product less the actual cost of delivery and collection and a 25% re-stocking charge. Your refund will be processed once the monthly invoice from our carriers has been received and the actual delivery cost can be identified. Please note that if you are returning the product within 14 days in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations then no re-stocking charge will be made.

It is your responsibility to ensure that return goods reach us in perfect and re-saleable condition in the original undamaged boxing with no markings or prints on packaging. The prices payable for the items we offer for sale are clearly displayed on this site in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any excise duties and VAT payable unless otherwise stated.

Prices do not include the costs of delivery details of which are set out below. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless returning damaged or faulty products.

You must make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of products when we deliver them in accordance with the stated delivery times for the delivery charge you have paid. Delivery times stated are from the point of despatch and not at the point of ordering.

Next day delivery does not apply to sample tile orders.

Important Notice: Orders are delivered by various carriers, due to insurance and health and safety regulations neither a Newtown Tile Centre Ltd member of staff nor the delivery company representative are able to transport any goods into a property.

Heavy items of our deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location, this may be the kerbside nearest to the property.
