ORDERING

After selecting your products from the range available, you will proceed to the checkout area. You will be passed to a secure online payment authorisation service that will process your card details and obtain payment from your card provider. We will send you written confirmation of your order by email but this email will not constitute acceptance of your order we accept your order at the time we despatch the ordered products to you and it is at that moment that a contract for sale is made between you and us. All our contracts are concluded in English although contracts for sale will neither be filed by us nor accessible to you.

Your order will be based upon our product prices and delivery charges in force at the time you submit your order. If the prices or charges are different from those published this will be brought to your attention before we accept your order and will give you the option to cancel your order before we accept it.

Please note acceptance of any order is at our discretion.

ORDERING SAMPLES

you can purchase many of our tiles online as a sample to give you an opportunity to see the tile before you buy. You may order three samples per single transaction.


RETURNS POLICY

Returns Policy - Faulty Goods

We will refund the cost of the goods and delivery charge, please contact us on 01686 627007 to arrange for the faulty product to be collected. All returns will be checked or tested and if the item proves not to be faulty when checked then only the product value will be refunded. You will be charged the actual cost of the delivery and the collection. Card charges may also be taken out of the refund and the original purchase price Normally this is 2.25%

Checking Your Product For Damage

You agree to open all boxes and thoroughly check the goods for damage on the day of delivery If any damages please sign as damaged with driver. and notify us of any damage within 24 hours of the delivery. If we are not notified of any damage within 24 hours we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or our carrier. You agree to indemnify us for any losses we suffer as a result or your failure to notify us within 7 days.

Returns Policy - Product Supplied is Not Suitable

If the product supplied is found to be not suitable when you receive it you can return it at any time within 14 (fourteen) days for a replacement of equivalent value or a credit against any product of a higher value. (this does not include any special order or orders for products not listed on our web site) If you cannot find a product you would like to exchange the product for we will refund you the product less the actual cost of delivery and collection and a 25% re-stocking charge. Your refund will be processed once the monthly invoice from our carriers has been received and the actual delivery cost can be identified. Please note that if you are returning the product within 14 days in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations then no re-stocking charge will be made.

It is your responsibility to ensure that return goods reach us in perfect and re-saleable condition in the original undamaged boxing with no markings or prints on packaging.
